Our Staff   We are a family owned and operated painting company located in Naperville and have been servicing the Naperville and surrounding area for 27 years. Because we are family owned and operated, you will always be in contact with a family member from the start to the finish of the project. You can rest assured that all key decision makers involved in your project are family members. Please allow us to introduce you to our family:

John Wright, President- John started painting in his early 20's and then shortly thereafter started his own painting business, which now has been in existence for 27 years.  Through  the years, John has constantly kept up with the current technology of what are considered to be the best materials used in the industry.  John has then, over the years, modified which materials he specs out for his projects so that he utilizes only the most current products that will have superior performance. That kind of knowledge only comes from many years of experience in the painting industry.  Not only is John the president of the business, but he currently is on many of the projects doing the actual painting. His knowledge of applications and coatings is the result of 27 years of experience.

Kathy Wright, V.P. Sales and Marketing- Kathy joined the business 6 years ago, after working many years in the corporate world. Kathy formerly sold on-site job training programs to the DuPage area businesses while employed with a local community college. Prior to that, she worked in sales for an industrial filtration company, where she was employed for 11 years. In that company, Kathy also had worked as a training manager and customer service manager for several years. Prior to that, Kathy worked in the field of Human Resources. With over 20 years of customer-focused business experience, Kathy will be sure to take care of all your concerns and needs. Kathy holds a B.A. degree from North Central College, Naperville. Kathy and John are married and have 2 children, and live in Naperville.

Dan Wright, Painting Contractor- Dan, who is John's brother, has been painting for the business for 24 years.  Dan trained initially under John's expertise, and relies on his many years of experience so that he performs at the highest level of workmanship. For an exterior proposal, Dan, an experienced craftsman, will come to your home for a free assessment, and then provide you with a detailed formal proposal, based on his expert judgement of the condition of your home. Only by having someone come out to your home and personally inspecting the condition of your home, can you be sure you will receive an honest, true assessment and proposal for your home. Dan and his wife also reside in Naperville.

Joe Garza, Painting Contractor-Joe, who is a brother-in-law to John and Dan, has also been painting for 24 years for the company. With his meticulous skills, Joe will only expertly prep, paint, and stain all of his projects so that the end result is beautiful job. By also initially training under John, Joe brings the type of performance and expertise to the project that only a true craftsman can do. Joe resides in Montgomery with his family.

Chris Wright, Painter- New to the business this year is Chris, the son of owners John and Kathy. Chris recently graduated from Naperville Central High School, and after working 2 summers full time for the company, has decided to join the famiily business full-time. Even with only being employed a short time with the business, Chris has learned how to carefully and properly paint with mieticulous skills , while also under the supervision of John and Joe.

In addition to the above staff, we employ experienced and qualified seasonal staff during our "busy seasons" of Spring/Summer. With Kathy's Human Resource background, she screens, interviews, and checks all references on all staff to ensure that they meet the high standards of the business. These staff members are not just "college painters" who learn the job as they go…but they are experienced, qualified tradesmen who have a minimum of: a) 2 years for Apprentice grade and b) 10 years experience for Journeymen grade, in this business. As these craftsmen join our family, they also adhere to the strict standards of business set by the President and enacted by all of the members of the family business.
